Dale Barnes, principal and owner of Barnes Medical-Legal Services, is a master’s prepared registered nurse with more than 30 years of professional nursing experience.

She has expertise in multiple specialty areas, including home care/home health, oncology, administration and psychiatric nursing. In addition to clinical nursing, she has also directed and owned home healthcare operations. She is knowledgeable about state and federal healthcare regulations.

Ms. Barnes is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC®) with substantial experience working with attorneys, hospitals, and insurance companies on cases in many specialty areas.

Ms. Barnes’ network is comprised of additional highly experienced Certified Legal Nurse Consultants (CLNC®s) and other professionals who are adjuncts in the consulting work provided by Barnes Medical-Legal Services.
